 Systematically I am fine with current non synthetic Marijuana penalties in places where it is legal where users who are caught with more than the legally allowed limit in those places or are caught doing it in public suffer some type of penalties that are currently enacted for such offenses. 

Systematically I prefer if non synthetic Marijuana is decriminalized (no penalty decriminalization) on the federal level for rec use and legalized on the federal level for medical use

Personally I support non synthetic Marijuana being legal medically. I am indifferent to and not caring one way or another if non synthetic Marijuana being semi legalized. 

Personally I oscillate between being passive on to being conditionally fine with toward non synthetic Marijuana being decriminalized for rec use since so many people use it As long as the penalty for it is noticeably more than the penalty for Oregon hard drug users who are caught with hard drugs.

That and also requiring non synthetic Marijuana users who are caught with Marijunana to do community service (not a lot just the amount i did for my confirmation) or non synthetic Marijuana offenders who are caught with Marijuana on their seventh time and above are forced to live periodically in halfway houses that are fused with drug rehab centers for a few days or week or so and allow them to expunge their record when they are released and heavily compensated each tine

Personally, if non synthetic Marijuana is to be legalized (which wouldn't kill me, personally I am empathetic non synthetic Marijuana being legalized) ,I personally would want 

EITHER

non synthetic Marijuana to be legal in less amounts than it is now, more regulated and I want non synthetic Marijuana to be permanently banned in all public places like theme parks, airports, concerts, malls, stores, conventions, schools, movie theaters, and similar places. Keep that **** in private and away from people, for else.

and opening non synthetic Marijuana inhaling and injecting stations being built throughout the US so non synthetic Marijuana users who need to do non synthetic Marijuana can legally do non synthetic Marijuana with trained medical professionals etc nearby (like in Vancouver BC, but for non synthetic Marijuana only). Basically sanctuaries for non synthetic Marijuana users

OR

Have non synthetic Marijuana be legal for rec use on the condition that the user grows it themselves and doesn't give it to anyone they don't live with or are real close to and doesn't sell it (but they get no help from the government or state in growing it) AND they only can grow a limited amount in addition (not set in stone) along with them paying a high dowry/tribute along with relatively high taxes to the government state for growing it .

and have all other non synthetic Marijuana that doesn’t meet the condition above always be illegal for rec use but at the same time giving cops the option and maybe encouragement to not enforce non synthetic Marijuana laws which I knowingly know that they would not enforce the vast majority of the time effectively making non synthetic Marijuana legal for rec use 

OR

A system where anyone who wants non synthetic Marijuana has to go to a medical professional (as a formality) as a patient and then be given a choice by the doctor/prescriber between prescription non synthetic Marijuana or buying non synthetic Marijuana over the counter to keep up the appearance (albeit false appearance) that non synthetic Marijuana isn't technically legal 'recreationally'. Basically legalizing it stealthily 

In this system, non synthetic Marijuana would be decriminalized (no penalty decriminalized) if someone gets non synthetic Marijuana without seeing a medical professional first or if they saw a medical professional but in the extremely rare case that medical professional did not prescribe non synthetic Marijuana for that patient or give the patient the blessing to get non synthetic Marijuana over the counter
